Australia Panic

Second week down

wow...

time do pass really fast....
the 2nd week has passed and really i didn so anything much at all...

btw, i just got my british's passport corner cut off... just to do my oath earlier this week at the immgration board in lavender. whao kao, i wonder this choice of mine is correct or not.. to give up hong kong citzenship to seek for singapore's one. Its stupid, i cant find any advantages... you need to pay CPF, GST... and worse, i got another 13 yrs of reservice waiting for me to serve... wads the point of being a singaporean... not even being susidise for the school fees....
but have to abide by the orders of my parents...

and so... there goes my week, DOTA like mad... and until monday morning... i got a shock news b by call from a neighbouring country. Amelia called me that she and her parents will be coming on wednesday will be returning on saturday! I was so happy then.. and i went into a panic and try to decide places and plans to go upon their arrival.

so monday gone....and tuesday follows by.... loss in D.O.T.A and sleep... i hardly could think up any plans, cause the only places i can think of sentosa, espanade, orchard and downtown east. ahaaha. thats sad.. So it came by and thursday came, i didn meet her on wednesday cause she is busy i guess and find that she will be leaving on friday morning instead.

Thursday came, and i spend hrs to dress up myself (been 5 mths never do that since sch). ahaha, need to look nice in front of her parents mah. anyway, we eventually meet at CK tang basement at around 2pm. And yea, saw her.. ahaaha. Luckily, she and her parents are on a major shopping spree, not a sightseeing trip.. tat save my day~

okay, so we went to shop at CK Tang and Far East, and we have a fabulous dinner at lao pa sha... i was quite amazed at how much things they buy.. haha. It was quite alot and expensive too. But her parents are really quite friendly and great people. i am very glad to know them as they even treat me for the dinner. but amelia har.... buy mp3 for JJ ar, and only got me a dog handphone chain.

So that ends the day with amelia. Anyway, will see her soon in Perth in 1 week time~~ heez, we can go for yum cha together soon.

Friday was a class outing with my JC friends. We weent to nootch (dun know how to spell), a noodle restaurant for dinner. I ordered a shashimi soba which cost 16 bucks. everyone's comment is like "what the hell is that, no favour one." Indeed, it has not much favour, but it is like that serve cold with soya sauce. but for me, it is quite special and nice.

then came is surprise is when JJ give me a box with the words "Happy 21st Birthday Gabriel!" on it.I was so shocked.. haha, i remember telling calyn to buy me something when i come back for my bday, but i was just only joking about it. Never thought that i will get something from them. When i opened the box, there was a white Rip Curlz Jacket inside~ woo hoo! thanks guys... i am so happy, its something that i really want back in perth cause most of time i was wearing a loi-kok jacket. of course, there came a price, i have to pose with my jacket with funny styles. And so in return, i treat them for coffee at the coffee club near summerset MRT. It was a great day indeed...and thanks to you guys~ it was my most expensive gift from friends i guess!

ok, i just come back from JB anyway. It was a fulfilling trip. i will blog this out with pics in a few days... didn go for a shopping, its a rather sightseeing trip...
